So how do we conquer the feeling of not being good enough? Ps Sophia continues with the following points:

1. God doesn’t see our sin. He doesn’t say we don’t sin, he says he doesn’t see it. How awesome is that?! God has placed us in Jesus so if we’re saying we’re not quite good enough, we’re saying that Jesus isn’t good enough? Wow! Powerful stuff!

2. God sees us perfect and fully justified. He completely forgives us for all our wrong-doing. Can we really believe this and still feel not good enough? (more…)

Living with a long term illness can often make us feel like we’re failing in life, especially if the illness has impacted your family, relationships, career, finances and so on. The hopes and dreams you once had have disappeared. Now the only dream you have is to be well. It’s all too easy to look at people who are well and think that because they’re not ill, somehow they’re better than you or that you’re just not enough. (more…)

Have you ever been with a friend who’s been gossiping and before you know it, you’ve joined in? Our environment is crucial to our recovery because it’s very difficult to receive a healing from God when you surround yourself with the wrong friends.

Each day we receive messages from the unseen realm, the world of the unconscious. These messages build us up for our destiny or they can tear us down. Having people in your world who won’t believe for the miracle you need are not the kind of friends who’ll benefit you. Are your friends full of negativity and full of doubt?
